Hi, I have been using google sign-in to my Firefox account. I want to create a Mozilla login and not loose all the bookmarks and my setup using the google sign-in. Please could i get advise on the migration of sign-in. Thank you

Somehow I have two Fire Fox accounts in two of my emails as user names. This causes serious problems in syncing with all of my devices. In account manager, it will not let me make a change to the user name. How can I have the two merged?

My two user names are: dlawrence@mylawrence.info and dlawrence@neighborsmkt.com

I deleted my primary email address, because it was hacked.

how can i change my second email to my primary gmail. i can't verfiy because its deleted. i listed in firefox. But to change it, they want a code that i cant get.

My email is changing and need to put the new one into my firefox account. did searching but there appears to be no direct way of changing the primary email. already have a secondary email.

Hi Mozilla community!

I am having issues deleting old, obsolete auxiliary email address. It prompts me to confirm this with the verification code sent to my email address. However, the prompt does not accept the verification code and times out due to too many attempt after i tried inputting and confirming the code 5-6 times. Before the time out the prompt window does not show any sign of reaction to me inputting and confirming the code.

Does any one faced issue like this before? Do you know workarounds? Would there be a way to add second auxiliary email address or change this one instead of deleting?

I recently updated my primary email address in my Mozilla/Firefox account, and deleted the secondary email address. But while some of your emails are coming to the new address (hc3baldwin@gmail.com), some are still being sent to the old address (chuckbaldwin@juno.com), then Juno forwards them to the new Gmail address. The header info shows that they came via Juno. I don't understand why all references to the old Juno address haven't been deleted from my account.

I have been trying for 2 days to change my account default email address. The system gets as far as me typing in the password sent to my current default email address. I then click on the submit button and nothing happens! This has happened 8 times now. After using Firefox as my browser for +-15years, I am very disappointed by the lack of access to a human voice. If I do not hear back from you I will change to Microsoft Edge as my browser.

my firefox browser is registered to my old email address "mhesky@hotmail.de". Because of an hacker attack i had to delete this email address. My new email address is "Hesky85@outlook.de".

My problem is, that i cant change the email in firefox because a confirmation email will send to my old email address that doesent exist any more.

How can i change the firefox account to my new email address?

I need help please.

Hi - My mozilla email is tied to my old work email, i.e. a company I left in 2018. That company has long since folded. I never added a secondary email. I'm now trying to use features like the VPN etc but need to sign in to do so. Despite being signed in on mozilla(and remaining that way since 2018 across two laptop transitions) it still wants to send me a code to the old work email which is defunct and no longer active. It's kind of an even bigger problem because now I have to remember to navigate to this here forum since I won't get email notifications that someone replied! :)

What do I do? Is there anything I *CAN* do or am I S-O-L as they say? Again, the gold is just to switch out the primary email for my current, working, personal gmail lol

Altes Mozilla-Konto nicht mehr zugänglich – aktuelle E-Mail-Adresse für neues Konto verwenden Guten Tag liebes Mozilla-Support-Team, ich benötige Ihre Hilfe bei einem Problem mit meinem Mozilla-/Firefox-Konto. Ich habe ein älteres Mozilla-Konto, auf das ich leider nicht mehr vollständig zugreifen kann, da ich keinen Zugriff mehr auf die dort hinterlegte primäre E-Mail-Adresse habe. Bei der Anmeldung wird immer wieder ein Bestätigungscode an diese nicht mehr verfügbare E-Mail-Adresse gesendet. Dadurch kann ich die Anmeldung nicht abschließen und die Kontoeinstellungen nicht ändern. Meine aktuelle E-Mail-Adresse ist in diesem alten Konto als zweite E-Mail-Adresse hinterlegt. Da ich die primäre E-Mail-Adresse nicht mehr verwenden kann, habe ich inzwischen ein neues Mozilla-Konto mit einer anderen E-Mail-Adresse erstellt. Dort habe ich zusätzlich eine weitere E-Mail-Adresse hinterlegt. Nun möchte ich meine aktuelle, regelmäßig genutzte E-Mail-Adresse als primäre E-Mail-Adresse meines neuen Kontos verwenden. Das ist jedoch nicht möglich, da Mozilla meldet, dass diese E-Mail-Adresse bereits verwendet wird. Meine Lesezeichen habe ich bereits gesichert. Ich möchte nun mein neues Konto so einrichten, dass ich Firefox künftig problemlos auf meinem Desktop und meinen mobilen Geräten synchronisieren kann. Können Sie mir bitte mitteilen, ob und wie sich meine aktuelle E-Mail-Adresse vom alten Konto lösen und für mein neues Konto als primäre E-Mail-Adresse verwenden lässt? Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, meine Kontodaten oder die E-Mail-Zuordnung wiederherzustellen, obwohl ich keinen Zugriff mehr auf die primäre E-Mail-Adresse des alten Kontos habe? The access to the email I used to sign up for my Mozilla account was revoked without warning earlier this year. I can't change the email address because it insists on sending an authentication code to the email address that no longer exists. There doesn't appear to be a way around this.
