Since the mentioned update my bookmarks no longer appear in their set order and sometimes desktop bookmarks aren't visible at all. On one occasion, an element on my desktop bookmarks was displaced upon merely checking if it was there on the tablet.

I cleared cache & app data and reinstated sync TWICE on the tablet. Immediately afterwards the bookmarks restored their expected behaviour, but each time, after closing the app and reopening, they were either haphazardly jumbled or not visible in the menu at all.

This report is filled in response to your support message to my comment on PlayStore.

Along with many other Firefox users, I have a long-term problem with a PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR in Firefox. How can Mozilla Support fix this problem for me? Can you send a link with the solution, or something?

Windows 11 24H2 Firefox 135.0.1

In the current version, Firefox slows, freezes and requires restarting. This seems to happen after about 8-12 hrs of being open (several windows and several tabs per window). Firefox is using ~5gb memory (system has 64gb).

When we get to this point, opening a web page will pause for 5-10 seconds and then complete. Pressing exit at this time has the same affect - 5-10 sec pause and then close tabs. Restarting Firefox fixes everything. Have to do this this at least 2x per day.

Hi, I have a folder, a subfolder of "Lokale Ordner", which cannot be deleted or renamed. There is simply no option "delete". See in the screenshot "21-11 Portugal"

I haven't been able to do my online banking for about 9 months. I have to delete their cookies first. After that I can log on where I get a PIN. I enter the PIN and it will never work the first time. After the second PIN it asks if I want to save this device. After choosing that, logging off and immediately trying to log on again I have to go though all of those same steps.

The tech dept at my bank claims it's only Firefox and that it can't read their (your) encryption. I agreed with them that makes zero sense because I can always log on after jumping through enough hoops.

Is this something on your end or end my settings?

I have been asking for a help to fix this issue for a long time.

If these questions are read by the Thunderbird developers, I would hope someone would respond.

Why would an email from a sender listed in my contacts, who sends me a URL link to a website NOT colored blue and clickable as a hyperlink?

It seems like my previous requests for a fix about this issue was nothing but crickets. I am not a software developer, but retired hardware engineer, so I know a little about hyperlinks. My Email provider is AOL, and URL links come in properly as URL address, but they are 'not hyperlinks' that I can just click on to redirect me to that website, and view what is sent to me with a new tab. If I change (View Message body) AS, TEXT, then the URL address in the email turns into a hyperlink and is then clickable. Really TEXT??? Its not text, I think this is a bug. Why would I have to change from View Message AS "Original HTML", my default view each time I want to view the link. Note the email body has a URL address the for redirect with HTML code, see below.

I have been a member of this group for well over 10 years and I donate each year, but I plan to postpone any further donations until I receive support for something that should be a simple fix. AOL.com email in the inbox over the web, the URL is shown as a hyperlink, (blue), thunderbird is not showing it as hyperlink?

My Macbook Pro has been crashing - sometimes Firefox, sometimes Thunderbird -sometimes multiple times/day. I've saved many of the crash reports in case they might help someone know how to fix this. An Apple tech person diagnosed my memory was broken, so I just got a new logic board and reinstalled all my data from my Time Machine backup. Then a message popped up that Thunderbird was damaged and should be put in the trash. Around the same time i replied to an email from someone at Thunderbird donor who was responding to a question i had about a small donation i tried to make - i explained i was having trouble with Thunderbird. At that time, i could see the Thunderbird icon in my task bar. When talking with someone from Apple support this evening who was helping me answer a couple of questions, including about a new "mail" icon that showed up in my task bar, I mentioned that i'd like to learn how to back up or archive my emails in Thunderbird. That's when i saw that the Thunderbird icon - had disappeared. The Apple support person and i searched all over my computer for the Thunderbird app, but couldn't find it. I'm really nervous. I have over 300,000 emails I've been wanting to learn how to archive - or something. I don't want to delete most of them. I hope someone can help me find everything. Thank you.

Hello, I have been using Firefox to access my online banking for years and with the recent Firefox update, I can no longer access my PNC Banking to pay my mortgage. It tells me "Online Banking is unavailable right now. Please try again later" I have to use Chrome to sign in. When will this issue be fixed?

I am using the Firefox on an android phone. If I am writing a search phrase in the address bar and then accidentally minimize the on screen keyboard, the entire sentence disappears and I have to start over. How do I turn off this setting please?

When I try to compose a new email, or reply to one, the pane opens to compose the email, but immediately closes before I can enter anything, reverting back to the Inbox. A new, empty draft gets created. But there is no way I can create a new email. Problem does not occur on other browsers. If I open a "New Private Window" and sign in to Outlook, I can then create the email there, but after a while the same problem occurs in that window too. Tried clearing Firefox cache temp files and cookies, but that did not resolve the problem. Using web based Outlook, Windows 10. Firefox is up to date.

Any suggestions?

Hello, i've been trying to open a link (tilcareer.co.uk) on this browser and it has not been working and i already chatted with the people incharge of the linked and they said its either the browser or the network but nothing is wrong with my network please i need help with this. thank you

We are currently considering using Firefox ESR as our default browser but experiencing a few issues and one of them is with our configured SailPoint IdentityIQ Single Sign-On Experience, which uses Basic Authentication.

Issue Description First, the login button needs to be clicked multiple times before access to the site is granted. Once signed in, the Firefox inbuilt authentication dialogue appears, prompting the user to log in again (see the attached screenshot). The landing page is only presented after clicking the login button several times. This creates a poor user experience, sometimes causing pages to load improperly. Interestingly, the same process works seamlessly in Edge Chromium.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken I have already attempted the following: 1. Temporarily disabled all custom and security settings in mozilla.cfg and config.json. 2. Temporarily disabled Firefox Tracking Protection. 3. Allowed third-party cookies for the specific URL. 4. Upgraded Firefox Version to 128.7.0 5. Since our Firefox browser is significantly hardened, I have also enabled and reconfigured the following settings in mozilla.cfg to ensure Basic Authentication is allowed, functions properly, and suppresses Firefox’s authentication prompt, but without success:

network.http.phishy-userpass-length = 255 network.http.use-basic-auth network.automatic-ntlm-auth.allow-non-fqdn network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris security.enterprise_roots.enabled security.enterprise_roots.enabled

Observations from SailPoint Team Our colleagues from SailPoint have tested the setup in their environment, and according to them, it works as expected. However, their browser is not hardened, and they have leveraged the SailPoint UI for authentication instead of the built-in Firefox authentication prompt.
