Other search engines (such as Google, Baidu, DuckDuckGo) do not have this issue. The problem is specific to Firefox—it does not occur on Chrome. I have tried reinstalling Firefox and clearing all data, but the issue persists. However, it disappears when I use an extension to spoof Firefox's user agent to mimic Chrome。However, extensions cannot be used on the homepage, so this issue is essentially unfixable

Conditions: - Only Firefox Android + Bing reproduces. - Other search engines do not reproduce. - Other browsers do not reproduce. - Network-independent. - Fresh Firefox profile still reproduces. - Clearing data / disabling suggestions did not resolve it.

Observed: Spam-like URL suggestions appear, including random .xyz/.cc/.cyou domains and escaped Unicode-looking strings.

Firefox for Android has stopped syncing (in the three-dot menu it says "Sign back in to synchronise: Synchronisation paused"). I tap that, tap "Reconnect to sync", enter my username and password, click "Sign in" and.... nothing happens. The "Sign in" button is greyed in, and it seems I have signed in because I get the email alerts about the new sign in, but the page does not redirect/tell the browser that sign in was successful.
Please could this be fixed so I can sync my bookmarks & open tabs?
