The page just sits there blank with no signon. Down the bottom says waiting for advrider.com If i do the same exact thing in Chrome, the motorcycle site opens its Home page immediately.

3 minutes later I finally get a text version of the home page, no images. If I click on a category again Firefox just sits on blank page

All other sites I want to go to work fine, just not ADV Rider.

Any thoughts?

I have been searching for religious e-mail contacts using Firefox browser and today three boxes are appearing and remaining saying that my laptop has trojans and viruses. the boxes have Mozilla firefox written in the top left corner, and there is a "Dismiss" option at the bottom and clicking on that "Dismiss or the X in the upper right does nothing, and the boxes just return again, and again, and again. I have saved more than 100 password of my firefox account, but after the app reset due to technical glitch in my device, I have been trying to recover the passwords but unable to find them what should I do?? PLEASE HELP IT IS URGENT

CTL-B changed the side scroll with on the right hand side but the scroll, bar remained narrow. The left land side remained narrow. The scrolling bars are too narrow only about 2mm wide Regards Mick

After the most recent windows update some tabs have started having repeating messages from the website advertising telling me to reopen the tab, come back, etc.

I can't take a screenshot of my tabs to show this but they're flicking back and forth between what the actual tab is and things like "(1) - Let me know if you..." "(lightning bolt emoji) Hurry we are..." "(pointing hand emoji) Come back!"

Its obnoxious and creates constantly moving images in my peripheral, making it very difficult to concentrate.

How do I disable this?

I don't know if it is because of the recent Firefox update or some other problem with Firefox for Windows OS, but as of today (August 15th), I am unable to access multiple websites, including YouTube, Quora, and more. When I can access them, there are problems. For example, on Quora, I can see the main page, but when I click on my notifications tab, it cannot load. When I go to YouTube, it shows multiple grey boxes instead of my feed. With some trouble, I can access some of my email accounts, but am unable to open any of the emails. I have managed to determine that it must be a Firefox problem, since I'm able to access these websites both on my phone (where I use the default browser) and on Microsoft Edge. In fact, I couldn't even load the Mozilla website on Firefox, hence why I am writing this using Edge.

I have tried closing Firefox and reopening it, I've tried restarting my computer, but none of these work. I know for certain that it worked prior to the most recent update, but I don't know if that's the actual problem. It seems so strange that overnight these problems have arisen, and it appears that others are having similar, if not exactly the same problems. I am attaching images from both Quora and YouTube, just so you can see what I mean.

The 2-step window of Siriusxm is cut off so cannot be selected in Firefox. This is new and Sirius says it's Firefox not Sirius. Works fine in Chrome but I don't use Chrome. I've tried all ChatGPT suggestions. please help.

I have had zero problems logging in to eBay. That is, until, August 14, 2025. Now, I am getting an error stating that their server is down. I have cleaned my cache, cookies, turned off all of my Ad Blocking extensions, and I am still experiencing problems. Now, I have absolutely no problems logging into eBay via Microsoft Edge. As for security softer, all I am using is Windows Defender. What is going on? Please assist. I look forward to hearing from you and time is of the essence. Thank you.

How to avoid Firefox restoring previous tabs when starting up. I've read about several solutions (all I could find) that don't work for me. Sometimes I have tens of pages opened and when I close Firefox I don't want 50 pages to be restored. Don't ask me if I have the restore option activated, I haven't. I switched to Nightly to see if it would solve the problem, it did for about 2 months and now it's also happening with Nightly. I have antivirus that include anti-tracking services but I would not know how this could interfere with Firefox settings or if my antivirus has anything to do with it. The issue is so annoying to me that I'm thinking to switch to another browser if I find no solution. I noticed more people complaining about the same issue but it seems not enough for it to be taken seriously in order to solve or be given an explanation. On the other hand it seems not everyone is having the same issue witch makes it even more mind boggling to me. Besides some add-blockers and translation I have no extensions installed. If you happen to know what the issue is I'll be glad to hear from you.

Hi, it there a way to keep the video controls/status bar (at the bottom and corners) from appearing when using the shortcut keys in Picture-in-Picture mode? In previous Firefox versions I was able to full-screen the window, move my cursor off to the side and the controls would disappear after a few seconds and I could use shortcut keys (space for pause/play, arrows for forward and back, etc) without the controls appearing on the screen, so I could take screenshots and stuff. But now they reappear whenever I press anything on my keyboard. Is there a new way to do this?

If not, can I request the feature be added? Thanks.

I use a lot of videos for home repair. So I am getting sick of capcha every time & google then pissing me around for 5 minutes on the sign in. Having to confirm by telephone. I have had firefox for a lot of years. Since your site goes straight to Youtube for my videos you should be able to help. PLEASE

The forum are aware that they do not have an SSL (Whatever that is?) and I cannot post to the forum to make them aware of the error! Catch 22! Thank you for your interest.

Hi, Facebook says my browser is not supported. And before say it was not up to date. Tried to download update but didn't know how to do the update. Not sure what to do? I am using Zorin OS 15.3. Don't know much about it
