I changed my password on my Comcast email account, and now I cannot access my email using Firefox. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about passwords anywhere on your support site. I've looked in every single menu item, and there is NOTHING to do with passwords. Help. Help me, please.

Assuming you're talking about Thunderbird ...

All the articles recommended seem to use the old Firefox menu system. I solved my problem, but I'm not really sure how. I did find the saved passwords by clicking the "display menu" icon (three horizontal bars) in the upper right, and then choosing Options...->Options...->Security->Passwords->Saved Passwords->Show Passwords. Then the next time I tried to check my mail, I was prompted for the password, and checked the "remember password" box. Everything works fine now.
