Why does my Firefox for Android behave like this?

My Firefox browser keeps crashing and restarting or closing completely. When I receive a call when browsing, Firefox closes completely and I have to open it again and recover my tabs. The same happens when an alarm goes off. I find it rather odd that I can't just finish with that and continue smoothly like even Java phones! As if that is not enough, there seems to be an enmity between Firefox and my avast! Free Mobile Security for Android. Let me illustrate it this way: They do not click at all and it worries my browsing. I used 21.0 before upgrading to 22.0 and i never happened that my avast crashed my browser. Athough I admire the way avast integrates with the native android browser by scanning urls and all, I prefer Firefox a thousand times over it. HOWEVER, everytime I browse, avast seems to restart. The notifier icon will vanish and return with the message "avast! is protecting you..." so I wonder if there is an issue between the two programs. But when it doesn't, Firefox loses this time and simply closes! I would like an update that fixes these problems and in addition, integration with the avast. anyone to help me please?
