My kapersky anti virus program includes a virtual key board that I have to use. It worked fine for several months. It no longer wrks with Firefox browser. It does with Internet Explorer.

Make sure that you are using KIS/KAV 2012?

make sure that you have Kaspersky 2012 patch g ?

Yes and thank you, the upgrade to Firefox helped it, but need to remember to click on yes to enable kaspersky virtual keyboard while in the download process. TY!!!
