Is there a way that I can submit a crash report manually? I have a network that is permanently disconnected from the internet and am having an issue with Firefox crashing as soon as it's launched.

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile

You could capture a stacktrace and use it to create a bug report (assuming it occurs in safe mode with a new profile) -> https://developer.mozilla.org/en/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report

Yes the issue still occurs when I try to open Firefox in Safe Mode as well as with a new profile. Except when I go through the profile manager and delete the old one it will come up asking if I want to import favorites and what not but as soon as that is done it will bomb out.

So here are troubleshooting steps I've gone through. Tried with Safe Mode, tried using the profile manager to create a new profile, deleted all the add-ons in my profile and in the global settings, completely uninstalled, deleted all entries to Firefox and profiles and ran CCleaner then did a reinstall and still happened. Ended up reimaging the workstation and I got firefox to work initially but when the user that primarily uses the workstation tried to use it, it bombed out again and when I tried it again it bombed on me too.

We do have user roaming profiles in our environment but is there something in the users Firefox profile that can change the global settings of firefox to make it unstable for all users that end up using that same instance of it?

I'm going to capture a stacktrace and see if I can submit it.
