Why is the calibri font not supported after updating to Firefox 5.0? It's a true type font, it show up in other applications, but not in Firefox 5.0 font selection.

After updating to Firefox 5.0, my website is no longer shown in the Calibri true type font. In earlier versions of Firefox and in IE7 no problems.

Also I can't select it in the options / content / preferred font menu of Firefox, while it still shows up in other applications, like Word and Dreamweaver.

Would appriciate it to return. Bart

Did you look in the second section in Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced ?

That list is divided in two sections, the first section has the Serif fonts and the second section has the Sans-serif fonts.
Calibri is a Sans-serif font and should be in the second part of that list.

Hi Cor-el, thanks that partly solved my problem. I can now see my website almost as it was intended. But all the other users of Firefox 5.0 will still see a messy site...

At first I thought it was because of my own messy amateur code in the site, but I am not alone: www.volvooceanrace.com, www.drupal.org and www.google.com are hardly readable because the fonts shown are much too small.

Conclusion: I am not a big fan of the changed font processing system...

Cheers, Bart
