Ok, here are some details about this. I was first told by Firefox from recent update that I should go and update Adobe flash player. No problem pop over and get it right? Wrong!! Get to the site, click through what I want to get, just the player nothing fancy. I get bounced over to the download start page, but here is the twist: "Fire fox requires additional plugins to display all the media on this page was the top header", not the "this is blocked for security reasons" that the page describes. Alright, I clicked on the button to navigate this mess. I get a message that states: No suitable plugins were found from the plugin finder and a nice button to install plugins manually. Ok, I click on this...Maybe I can get this...I get the download for a package called gp.xlc or some other extension. I direct this to the plugin bin for Mozilla firefox and replace the one that is already there. I try to reload the page. No luck! Tried going back to re-instigate the download..Failed. Restart firefox to let changes take effect..Ok done that now reapply for download...Failure. Now, what in the heck is next on the block for an idea to try? I just want it to work...please. Any help or ideas can be posted here or directed to my email: marting10@yahoo.com Thanks Madman142

You do not need any additional plugins to download Flash Player, you can download the manual installer and run it to install Flash, for details see http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/191/tn_19166.html#main_ManualInstaller
