Using Firefox 3.6.3 when entering a Yahoo URL I get the message "Status: 513 Misconfigured Proxy Route Cache-Control: no-cache Pragma: no-cache Connection: close Content-Type: text/html ** ". Of course when using IE this isn't an issue.

Check to see if you have a proxy server enabled:

  1. Open Tools->Options->Advanced
  2. Click the Network tab
  3. Click Settings
  4. Ensure that the proxy settings are set to "no proxy"
