If you're trying to connect another computer to Firefox Sync, you don't need to scan a QR code. Open Firefox, click the menu button (☰), and select Sign in to Sync. Then follow the prompts to sign in to your Mozilla account.
QR pairing is mainly for connecting Firefox on your phone to Firefox on your computer. See Mozilla's pairing instructions.
