That depends on what Windows version you have available.

The captured data hint at Windows 8, but that could very well be incorrect in case you use "Compatibility Mode" — what is the Windows version you currently have?

Yes usually when I see people running a Firefox version on Windows 8 it is usually because they are running Firefox in Windows 8 compatibility mode on Windows 10 or 11 for some reason. The vast majority of people used Windows 7 or 8.1 and not 8.

So first you need to turn off run in compatibility mode. Then if you were to check for internal updates in Firefox it would likely be to Firefox 14015.0esr and not Fx 153.2.0esr.
