Auto Fill is very bad with passwords.

Can you elaborate wwhat make you think Firefox for Android password autofill is unreliable?

• • Summary:** Firefox for Android autofills an outdated saved password on login, and address/name autofill does not appear to work at all.

• • Steps to reproduce (see attached recording):**

1. Open in.pinterest.com/login in Firefox. Email and password fields autofill automatically on page load (0:04–0:07). 2. Tap Log in. Result: "The password you entered is incorrect" (0:16). 3. Reload the login page. The same incorrect password autofills again with no change (0:19–0:34), and login fails again. 4. Manually tap into the password field. Only then does the Google Password Manager sheet appear, offering a different, longer saved password (0:35). 5. Select that suggestion and log in. It succeeds, and a separate "Update password?" prompt appears afterward (0:40), confirming the two stored passwords didn't match.

• • Expected result:** Firefox should autofill the currently correct saved password, or at least prompt to choose between saved credentials when they conflict, rather than silently repopulating one that is known to fail.

• • Actual result:** The stale password is auto-inserted on every page load with no warning or option to pick another saved entry, and the correct credential only surfaces after manually tapping the field.

• • Second issue:** Name and address autofill also does not trigger on forms that request it.
