Thanks for being in touch.

I hope the two attachments are what you require ?

Each time I attempt to open my emails, I have to enter my password. This wasn't the case with all my previous iMacs. Seeking advice from Apple, they simply directed me to Firefox - hence my efforts to contact you.

Fingers crossed you will be able to come to the rescue!

David

We're here, but you need to show us the problem. We cannot help with what we cannot see.  ;-))

Hello again, I replied at 12.31pm with two attachments. See below. Have you managed to access them ? David

We see your screenshots, but you need to show the problem you're having with signing in. What are your privacy settings? Are you wanting to just access the site without having to input your login information?

When attempting to sign in to gmail, I have to use a password. Nothing new here.

Should I subsequently load a different programme and then need to revert to gmail, I have to input the password all over again. This is very frustrating indeed as it happens all the time.

This never occured on my previous iMac (late 2015)

Kind regards, David (Stacey)
