Hi, is that a specific website, or a type of file you downloaded or tried to download?

If you are getting a red page, the server might have been reported for dangerous content. More info in the following article: How does built-in Phishing and Malware Protection work?

If you are getting a connection error page, can you find an error code similar to the ones in the following article: Troubleshoot security error codes on secure websites.
