really frustrating because all that I have saved in local folder is gone and my other account are not showing. I did nothing wrong just shut down my laptop and when I reopen it . thunderbird has changed all of that

Does your Thunderbird on startup display the following window prompting to "Set Up Your Existing Email Address"

yes it did but after praying about the matter I finally succeed in importing most of my data except for one folder which is missing some of it.
