Good afternoon Thunderbird Help Community, My Inbox in Thunderbird has always allowed me to add an email address for an incoming email sender and then edit that address as was best for organizing the mailbox. So, for example, this email address: Bobby Jersey <BobbyJersey@garwoodsecurities.net> does not allow me to add it to my Address book or edit the name to be for example BROKER-GWS Bobby Jersey vs. the full name and email address spelled out. On the other hand, an email received from another sender Rui Amorim <rui.amorim@chase.com> could be added and edited from Amorim, Rui to Rui Amorim. I don't understand how to fix this and why it seems so random as to which addresses are accepted and which not. Thanks for any help to clarify what should be done to fix this.
