Every attempt to update Thunderbird 128.12.0esr when prompted now fails. I am using Windows 11. Message: "Update failed. Download the latest version."

At the time of my posting, 128.12.0esr is currently the most recent version available and so you should not be offered a new one yet. We are working on a fix.
