Hi, When I play a YouTube video, there is no sound, then (I'm assuming) there is an update, and the sound returns until the next update, when the sound disappears. I have had everyone try to solve the problem, and even the tech guys don't have an answer, and yes, I get sound from Chrome. Also, when I download a YouTube it plays perfectly fine. Are you able to fix the problem?
