Hi, if this hasn't cleared up by now: If you are unable to connect to a site at all, could you copy/paste the specific error message you are getting? If there is an Advanced button, it may revealed a CODE_IN_ALL_CAPS that is useful for diagnosis. ([[How to troubleshoot security error codes on secure websites]]) If you can connect but the lock has a slash through it, or some content is missing, it could be a situation of insecure content embedded in a secure page.
