downloads get lost

after downloading a mp4 the file gets lost after refreshing,or after few minutes and can not be found anywhere in the filemanager. where do the go?

Hi Steven

You should be able find downloaded files in the "downloads" folder on your Android device. You can navigate to to it using the file manager app on your device.
