I can receive emails, but now send any. Spectrum says this is a Thunderbird problem. Can you help me?

I just worked with a user having a Spectrum problem, and my observation is that Spectrum support knows nothing about accessing email via PC clients. But I could be wrong... Please post your entire SMTP settings. My guess is you may have omitted your full email address or you are not using any authentication or security. Spectrum has been tightening up - which is good - but it appears that their employees are not being made aware of the changes. But I could be wrong. Your SMTP settings may prove useful.
