i lost all of my bookmarks and passwords
i tried to reinstall windows like i usually do evry couple of months , this time after reinstalling firefox i try to login but i forgot my password , so i reset in and connect successfully with my new pw , only then to find out that my bookmarks and password aren't synchronising as they usually do , and that my account looks and feels like a brand new accounts , even know i had it for a min or 3 years now. i need help getting my passwords back please !

You reset your Firefox Account password? That erases all the Sync data in Mozilla's cloud.
How did you reinstall Windows -- did you use one of the built-in methods (such as Refresh) that preserves your data?
no , i did custom reset and i deleted all partition to do a clean windows reinstall ! I thought my passwords were saved safely in the cloud ,and will be synched as soon as i reconnect to my account as i always do ! arent they ?
Your Sync data is encrypted before uploading to the cloud using your Firefox Account password. If you reset the password without using a Recovery Key (Reset your Mozilla account password with Recovery Keys), the old data is discarded. At least, that's what I always read, I have not heard of any other way to get it back.
All that is left is to go to each website and use the 'forgot Password' link. Also, you need to get an external hard drive to backup your data.
