Hi trackingmatters, Mozilla doesn't offer free things. Perhaps you meant this complaint to go to a different vendor? Hopefully you can track that down from confirmation messages or whatever other history you have of your orders/requests.

Regarding mailing lists, you can unsubscribe from mailings linked to your Firefox Account by going to the main page at https://accounts.firefox.com/settings and clicking Email Communications in the left column.
