Bookmark Toolbar on left side after update but no webpages working

I'm using 78.0.2esr and it updated on my laptop last night. When I started Firefox today, it put the bookmark toolbar on the left side but a blank webpage screen and no webpages work, unless I right click at the top and close the bookmark toolbar. If I use the bookmark sidebar it seems to work, but I don't want to use that. Any ideas?

Update: I deleted the userchrome.css file and it's working now. But is there a new userchrome.css file that will give me two rows of bookmarks?
