Hello! I'm helping my mum with her professional email, but I can't make it work on her laptop even if it works on her other PC. I just installed Thunderbird on her laptop, I checked the settings on the other PC to make sure everything looks jsut the same but I still get the error message mentioned in the title. I'm pretty sure the password I'm putting in is the right one, so does anyone have any idea of what I could be doing wrong to get such an error message?

Please post your Troubleshooting Information. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button , then select Help > Troubleshooting Information. Press the "Copy text to clipboard button" and paste the information into your reply.
