Expected behaviour: Search suggestions are displayed as I type; address is launched when I press Return

Actual behaviour: Search suggestions don't work until I press space; hitting Return does nothing until I press space

happened to me also when i downgraded from 65 to 60.5.0esr so what i did was to delete the profiles and start again.
