Password reset email's hot link is not clickable

Hi Folks

The usual story of a forgotten password. I have gone into the re-set password routine and received the email with the Firefox icon hot link. I am using BT webmail not a mobile device.

Unfortunately, the link is not clickable and I cannot seem to get at the URL with which the picture file is associated.

Is this email customised for a mobile device rather than for webmail?

Hi Folks

Just an addition (I have not found the 'Edit Post' button yet) to say that the confirmation email from the Forum relating to my registration arrived and was clickable.

That makes me think that the problem may be in the 'password reset' email.
