Since ths last update to firefox 6.1.0, I get an instruction popup explaining how to locate my downloads every time I download a file. Every time. Why? Stop it.

Hi, not sure if this is the issue or not. Please open a New Tab and go to the Firefox Icon on the Left Top of the Page and Click. Skip the tour if it offers, restart Firefox from 3 Bar Menu and Exit.

If fails it will need to be found in about:config somewhere that I do not know.
