Location unverified. We were unable to confirm that you are accessing our system from within Michigan.
I'm trying to log in to the Michigan Lottery online and receive the notice posed in the question above. I've used "What is my IP Address?", and it shows Boon, Mi (Hughesnet). I've tried to add the website to allow firefox to allow location access, but have been unable to do so and I continue to receive the notice.

It is your ISP that determines your location. Firefox does not change locations. Contact your ISP https://www.hughesnet.com/support
You can try : Copy/Paste about:preferences#privacy into your Address Bar then Enter Go down to Permissions --> Locations and Click Settings and add the Site if is not in there.
Will not make any difference though if your ISP is reporting you as else where.
