The scroll speed is so fast it goes to the bottom of the page before I can release the touchpad button.

How to adjust the scrolling in Firefox on Windows 10 is pretty simple. In order to change your Firefox Configuration please do the following:

  1. In the address bar, type about:config and press the Enter key.
  2. The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear.
Click I accept the risk! to continue to the about:config page.
  3. Search for the configurations listed in this article, they are still accurate: https://www.maketecheasier.com/change-the-scrolling-speed-in-firefo...

Play around with the options until you find the right speed. You can always reset the options in about:config to restore it to default.
