Has anyone ever figured out how to get firefox to scroll smoothly on a windows desktop platform that utilizes AMD Radeon/Intel switchable graphics touchscreen?

Smooth scrolling fixes address manipulation using a mouse or touchpad but scrolling with the touchscreen remains choppy/broken. Tired of IE losing focus all the time with hotkeys baked in.
