how do I form an address "group" for emails?

I frequently must email a group of close to 30. How can I identify them with a group name, so that I can send group emails using one stroke, instead of entering each one, as I am forced to do now. I was able to this in the past using my PC. Also, now have Win 10, & lost add book! Thanks for any help.
