Hi, did you run run more than one removal program in the Malware Tips link? Because not all programs will detect all malware, so you may need to run several or all of them.

You also have two versions of Shockwave Flash - the oldest should be removed - Uninstall Flash.

If you need to reinstall you can do it from here. (Deselect the McAfee offer)!
