Are you using Sync?
The Sync version used in Firefox 34 and later uses the password manager to store the name (e-mail) and password to be used to connect to the Sync server.

Yes it is from firefox. It is a request to enter a master password, which protects all your passwords. If this annoys you, you can disable it by going to Menu>Preferences>Security and then clear the box that says use a master password. It should then prompt you to enter your master password, and then you will be done. However, I find this function useful. You don't need to worry about it, its from firefox good question though.
Have a great day!

I guess the original question was more Does this have anything to do w/ Mozilla". Your answer and the one following told me it did and was not, therefore, some kind of phishing.
Thanks

Thanks, Jon. Your answer was right to the point resetting my question as you did into "Is this some from Firefox or not".
I'm glad I could help.
