I use Fruux.com for contacts and it works very well. I currently sync across Ubuntu, Android and Windows but can't see how I might do that with FireFox OS.

Hi Nikkko,

This feature is currently not available in Firefox OS. There are a lot of requests and it is currently being investigated, meaning that it is likely to get added sometime in the future.

However - Please to not comment or make changes to the bug unless you are making a contribution to the Firefox OS source code. The developers have mentioned that the bug is cluttered with discussions, which makes it more difficult to be resolve the bug.
