Click on the Bookmarks-Button in your menue and then "Show all bookmarks" (or Ctrl+Shift+O). On the left side you can click on Bookmarks Toolbar or Bookmarks Menue or Unsorted Bookmarks (depending on where you saved them). You can mark multiple Bookmarks now by pressing the Ctrl or Shift-Button and clicking on them and then pressing delete.
