The free VPN built into Firefox always gives me IP from Singapore instead of one of the selected countries.

Using Firefox v154.0.1. I have the free built-in VPN Beta enabled. I'm located in Austria. No matter which country I select in the VPN settings (Germany,France,Canada,US,UK), I always have a Singapore IP. It says so if I open an IP test website (e.g. from NordVPN) and also on YouTube.
