How do I down load the app

Hi. Generally : Either click on the [puzzle] icon on the 'top' bar, or use Settings > Extensions then search If you had done that you would find the link :) which is https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/ So try the search idea or you can try the link I found
