Computer Screen grays out and does not function when accessing Washington Times
I am having trouble accessing The Washington Times with Firefox. Every time I click on a story, it comes up, but then immediately the screen shades out to a gray screen, and nothing works. Also, if I open The Times website and click on sign-in for my account, nothing happens. If I go directly to the Times website and try ti sign in, the screen greys out again. This just started happening yesterday. If I go to a laptop with an earlier version of Firefox on it, all works just fine. Also, if I access the Washington Times with Microsoft Edge, it works just fine. Would appreciate it if I could get some help here.

I would assume add-ons may be the issue. Show what you're seeing. Do you have the same issue with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf
No issues for me on WT. see screenshot

Thank you for your response. I opened Firefox in trouble-shoot mode as you suggested, and the problem disappeared. I shut the computer down and rebooted, and the problem does not now occur. Hope it remains that way.
With respect to add-ons, I have no new add-ons that I know of. The problem happened over night. One day it worked fine, and the next day there was the problem.???
