Hi,

I am trying to access my Firefox account, and have a recovery code, but when I try to put it in it asks for a 10-digit code, and I have 32-character alphanumeric code. When I try to put it in, it says that the code isn't formatted properly.

Hola El código de recuperación de 32 caracteres es para podes iniciar la cuenta Sync si te haz olvidado la contraseña: https://support.mozilla.org/es/kb/reset-your-firefox-account-password-recovery-keys
