A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Hey Fred, new tabs seems to be fine, appears to be mainly on FF load. Im looking at page render settings now. I can tell you what its NOT and maybe figure something out from there ,ya?
