I logged into my email account and almost 3 months of my most recent emails had disappeared. I don't know what happened. They were there the last time I checked my email about 5-10 minutes earlier. I've looked in other folders but they aren't there either. Aso tried repairing the folder with no success. Is there a way to recover these emails? I've been trouble shooting / googling this all afternoon and kept seeing reference to a recovery tool. Is this something already on Thunderbird or software I need to purchase? I really want to know if there is a way to recover the lost emails and how to do it. Thanks.

I am really really distraught right now. It took me two weeks to get the time and focus to write a long reply to a company's nice email to me. Stayed up till 2am to write it. Deliberately wanted to re-read it in the morning before sending. Gone. Nowhere to be found. I pressed "Save to draft" before closing my laptop. But not saved. This account actually has a "draft" folder, unlike most of my other accounts in Thunderbird, which I also cannot figure out and no one has helped me with.

I have configured [edited] @cogdual.com as the primary mailbox. I am trying to add few more email ids to the same inbox which i am not able to. When i try to add the mail in the Add option, it is buffering and not process forward

Not resolve even after multiple efforts. Please guide

When trying to add my outlook.com email account to Thunderbird 143.0.1, using the instructions at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/thunderbird-and-exchange, I get an "Exchange auth error." I'm able to add the account manually using imap, but I want to use Exchange so I can access my outlook.com calendar and contact when TB is updated to include them.

Hello Mail Merge used to work.

But now I get an Error: "NotFoundError - Node was not found".

It's a linux system, everything up to date.

Any ideas?

Can you help me find out what i need to do, or if this is a scam?

Hello. I accidentally made multiple copies of one folder and some of its nested folders. I can't move them back because the copy was already found in the main file. How do I remove the duplicates?

I clicked on something wrong and now I have a new "trash" folder as a subfolder under the "sent" folder. I cannot delete it and all my trash goes into it. The old one is still where it is supposed to be and stays empty. How can I delete the new one and send all my trash to the old one where it belongs?

I have no idea what I clicked on that created this problem.

For months I have been working around a problem with Original HTYML message displays in my inbox. I have to revert to message body as Simple HTML for it to be readable. Please see the screenshot.
