How to recover INBOX & Sent messages from 3 Comcast email addresses from Acronis True Image 2020 Backup?

Had issues with Comcast emails. They were set up with POP settings. Was on the phone with Comcast and uninstalled 3 email addresses and reinstalled using IMAP settings. I did not delete the message data leaving that box unchecked. After about 1.5 hours on the phone with Comcast was able to get the reinstalled Comcast email addresses to pull all of the emails off Comcast website. But there are emails that are missing from each of the inbox and sent folders for each of the 3 Comcast email addresses.

I do an incremental weekly backup using Acronis True Image 2020 Home Edition. I see the folders in the path but since they were saved last Saturday under POP settings, the backups I will need to try to recover are in 3 of the Comcast folders in the "MAIL" folder and not "IMAPMAIL" folder which listed 6 folders from imap.comcast1.net through imapcomcast6.net.

What do I need to copy from the correct Comcast folder called "Profile" where the izpoojy7.default is? Within this izpoojy7.default is the folder mail.comcast-1.net which has 1 of the 3 Comcast email addresses I need to recover the inboxes and sent folder emails. Please see the attached photo of the contents of this mail.comcast-1.net folder.

Do I just copy the Inbox.mozmsgs as well as the Sent.mozmsgs files? Or do I also need to recover more of the files within the respective mail.comcast-1.net folder? Thank you for any assistance you can offer on this matter.

My computer's hard drive only has 14 GB free, but my Yahoo account has 25 GB. How do I use an External HD to Set up Thunderbird's default mail storage? I've tried a POP3 setup, and it informs me I don't have enough space to download any emails from Yahoo. My intent is to delete mails from Yahoo's server once they are on my external drive. In the works of Ai agents that are apparently automating everything (which I absolutely dispise) why is Thunderbird forcing me to send one email at a time so as to not show other recipients who I am also emailing.. I do not have the time for this. I also don't want to invest time into a mail merge set up like Chimp or Octopus. I just want to email 30+ people without the others seeing each other. But when I have tested with thunderbird with one customer email and my own as BCC - when I get the email in my inbox it literaly says - FROM: MY BUSINESS. - TO: MY CUSTOMER.. (yes my customers email address - not mine).. What is going on here?? I can not spend 45 minutes sending the same email... using copy and paste etc..

Yesterday 08/26/2025 Thunderbird comes up with an error that Comcast IMAP timed out. I can get my email on the same computer going to Comcast or using other third party email clients but all my Comcast accounts time out with Thunderbird. I have made no changes to any settings, it just stopped working.

I have attached a screenshot of my Thunderbird. You will see that in the Junk section there is a Hotmail folder with the same icon as Inbox. The contents of this folder is actually the same as Inbox. If I "empty junk" the contents of my Inbox get deleted. How do I remove this duplicate Inbox from the Junk section? Although it doesn't really matter, how do I remove the duplicate BT Internet junk folder?

With my new installation of Thunderbird I can sometimes send mail, then other times I get this message: "An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: resomta-h2p-555058.sys.comcast.net resomta-h2p-555058.sys.comcast.net Excessive failed authentication, ESMTP server temporarily not available."

How can I fix this?

I'm looking for a setting to turn off/disable/suppress this error popup and can't find it.

Every morning I wake up and find 1-4 of these error popups on my screen. This only started happening after I switched to Windows 10 with a new version of Thunderbird (102.13).

It may be a connection issue, which I doubt, or it may be a server issue, which I doubt, but in either case the message is irrelevant; the login credentials ARE correct and will resolve to collect email immediately. For whatever reason it just throws an error randomly throughout the day. If I'm at the computer and get one of these, I can immediately retrieve all my email in Thunderbird without error, so this is an annoyance not an impediment.

How do I turn off this "feature?" Keep in mind that Thunderbird automatically retries every 5 minutes and it goes through, or I can do it manually just seconds after the error, so this is a false error to begin with. I'm not looking for a solution to the supposed "failed" authentication, just a way to suppress these message popups.
