I have AdGuard app installed that uses a vpn to analyse the traffic and remove the ads even from the apps, not only from the browser.

When AdGuard (app) is turned on with its VPN feature (not an actual VPN, only to block ads), Firefox couldn't open any of the links. I have the certificate from AdGuard installed on my Android device, and even my bank apps trust it. The other browsers are working perfectly fine. Only Firefox couldn't load the pages.

When I open the translation function on a foreign language website, such as a Japanese website, click on a web page and jump to other pages with the same domain name, the translation function will not synchronize the translation page. This is a bit unscientific and I hope it can be improved.

In the last week, music-video music will stop playing in the background after about 4 minutes. For at least a year now, in Private Mode, I have been able to play music videos with the phone display off. I was able to hear the full songs. When the music video ended, there was a delay, then another related video would play, and I would listen to that music also. This all happened in the background with my display off, on my Android Galaxy Note 20 Ultra phone. (Google Play Store identifies my device as "Samsung SM-G950U) If I didn't want to hear the next song play, I would turn on the phone display with the power button and either tap "cancel" or "replay" the song that just ended. I find these music videos on the Firefox browser app. I use Private Mode to reduce future related ads. Almost all of the music is from "https://m.youtube.com/watch?" using the Firefox browser app.

> Keeping the screen on uses a lot more battery power just to listen to video music.

> I did find that if an ad plays before the music video starts, the music may play longer in the background before it quits.

I have been a user of Firefox Android for years, During all this time, I defaulted my Tabs View to the Private Tabs View for higher security. I would only move to a Standard non-Private Tabs View on rare occasions.

Now, suddenly in the past several days, when I select my browser, it no longer defaults to the Private View. Rather, it goes directly to the standard Tabs View and I must select the Private Tabs View manually. This occurs every time I exit my browser and return. Has there been a change recently applied that no longer allows me a Private Tabs View upon selecting my browser? If so, I do not approve. Just say'n Development team - not good! It's a step backwards in the product's design as it applies to user intuitiveness and security. Once set, I liked having my preference for Private Tabs saved without me intervening to manually select the option in every instance.

My Firefox ver 140.0.4 bookmarks have disappeared on Samsung S25+ Android 15. I thought they might be found under another profile, but Firefox profiles are not supported on Android. I can find no JSON backups either, so it appears that the automatic bookmark backups are not supported on Android either. Any suggestions will be sincerely appreciated. [I did not have Sync set up on my laptop or phone prior to this unhappy event.]

Hi there! So I have recently made the switch to Firefox for Android for all things YouTube, mostly because of all the ad blocker and sponsor skip extensions that are available on Firefox. However, I've noticed that on some of the regional videos, Firefox for Android does not offer the users to switch to the original audio track but are instead forced to listen to a weird AI voice. Now, on the desktop version of Firefox, users are still able to switch to the track of their choice despite auto dubbing being there but I don't see that same feature on Android. Will the developers be rolling out an update soon?

I've attached two images. The one with the red circle is the desktop version of the same YouTube video.
