Hi, I’m writing to inform you that I’ve been unable to access the website below since yesterday. I had been using it regularly without any issues, but starting yesterday, I’m receiving the message: “Sorry, you have been blocked”, also see attached screenshot. I’m not sure why this has happened, as I was able to access the site previously without any problems. Could you please help ?

Hi guys, cleaning up my mac when I noticed this folder is quite big in size, over 2gb. Am wondering how do I clear it or if I can delete it's contents?

It's under Users/Name/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/lx046l69.default-release/storage/

I can see the folders that are taking up most space are "to-be-removed" and "archives". Thanks in advance!

After updating FF to v. 136.0 in Linux Mint 22.04, I noticed a problem with video playback in Facebook in some posts. A black screen appears with the message "Sorry, there were problems playing this video". The problem also occurs after disabling all plugins and deleting the user.js file from the profile. The problem does not occur after starting firefox in troubleshoot mode, but then hardware acceleration using the GPU does not work (Compositing: WebRender (Software)). I noticed that in version 136 there were some significant changes in the topic of video decoding. https://www.phoronix.com/forums/forum/software/desktop-linux/1524008-firefox-136-beta-finally-enables-hardware-video-decoding-for-amd-gpus-on-linux-by-default I have an NVIDIA GT1030 GPU with 2 MB VRAM.

Been using Firefox for many years. Configured the Firefox Browser to automatically open the Sidebar Bookmarks every time I open Firefox browser. About a week ago that configuration stopped working and I can not re-set it to automatically open the Sidebar Bookmarks when I open the Mozilla browser. When I search online I see I am not the only user of Firefox who has developed this same problem. I suspect it occurred when Firefox updated their browser. Would appreciate getting that feature restored as it is annoying to have to open the Sidebar Bookmarks every time I open and use Firefox browser. No, I am not going to leave it open when I stop using my computer to solve the problem. I close all my apps and shut my computer down after using it. If this cannot be fixed my only alternative is to stop using Firefox and find a new browser.

If I am doing something wrong please advise!

I'm done with Firefox. Suddenly this past few months more than once a week I'm getting the "Restart to continue using Firefox" because of updates. This is annoying and unnecessary for every update they push. It's a browser, that's all. The restarts can wait until I feel like closing or when I update Linux and restart the laptop.

Can't even open a new tab when this happens.

The updates cannot be THAT critical that work is halted.
