Hi, I switched to new laptop and signed in with my old account (of another device). But I dont see any saved data like bookmarks, passwords etc on my new device.

I do not have access to my old device now.

What should I do?

why is it that Yahoo Finance loads then when adverts load on the page, adverts are there but error 500 is in place for Yahoo Finance. I don't have this problem on Crome but my prefer to use FireFox. When I refresh some times it comes right but most times not. Regards Wes.

Before I update Firefox I had all my accounts and passwords. Now I have lost them all. When I asked you to import them, you only gave me a very old facebook account and no passwords

I'm trying to configure Firefox on Mac using our MDM. The goal is ultimately to control a bunch of settings, but I'm trying to start simple by just installing the 1Password extension.

When I deploy this .mobileconfig file, nothing seems to happen to Firefox. I made this by following the example at https://github.com/mozilla/policy-templates/blob/master/mac/org.mozilla.firefox.plist but it doesn't seem to work and I am not sure how to debug.

sINCE 36 HOURS AGO WHEN I START FIREFOX I GET AN ERROR SAYING Firefox is already running close the application or cancel I choose close and i get the message over and over if i choose cancel nothing happens the task manager show FireFox (3) running and my only way out of the look is to end task I was fond of firefox but there seems no way out of this conundrum

1) would be oodles better if it grabbed the title of the page & suggested it as name saved document.

(on Android, it's worse than pc or mac- don't even have the opportunity to make a name up. just get some rando alpha-nameric.)

Why oh Why, does Mozilla not allow the full list of selected short-cuts, we the Firefox customers, have personally chosen?

After 30 years of using computers, I would hardly class myself as completely lacking in knowledge about, which works and which does not or is dangerous.

I want to pin a Firefox website to my taskbar in Windows 11. I can create a shortcut for the website on my desktop but when I try moving it onto my taskbar, it doesn't get added (get the dreaded circle with the line through it) and right-clicking on it does not give me an option to "add to taskbar" like other browsers do.

I thought I had too many pins on my taskbar so I deleted one and then tried to add the shortcut, but get same error.

I tried adding a random app to my taskbar by right clicking on the app and using the "pin to task bar" option and it works perfectly.

So, what is the secret to adding a Firefox website url to my taskbar????

I am having problems viewing my Ring Doorbell live view in Home Assistant. I get the error "Failed to connect WebRTC stream: Answer tried to set recv when an offer did not set send." Other browsers (Chrome, Opera, Edge) work OK.
