About a week ago I started getting the never-ending spinning wheel of doom as Firefox tried to log me in to my account with The Guardian newspaper. My password and username have not changed in years. Can log on via iphone and iPad without a problem and also using thew same username/password combination on other desktop browsers so problem seems to be only with Firefox. Have done all the usual cache clearing etc. Would a recent upgrade have affected this?

The video from certain sites(not one, but multiple ones) plays as gibberish. Attached a sample from amazon prime. Tried the following

• System restart
• Bios/Firmware update
• Display driver update
• Windows refresh

The issue seems very much localized to Firefox and not seen in any other browsers.

The keyboard shortcut L of "copy link" in right menu over a link is inconvenient for most right-handed people. I want it back to old keyboard shortcut A.

After new version 134 update, the shortcut L to A is not working again.

I endeavoured to send an email this afternoon, and subsequent emails and received a message saying: sending message failed. A required TLS feature is missing. I have no idea what this means or how to fix the problem. I have not had this problem before and have used Mozilla Firefox for several years. Please don't be too technical as I am barely computer literate. Thank you. Dave Hill

Yesterday I successfully installed my info@ledgreenus.com email on my desktop computer, but today I have no way to access it. I don't understand how it can be hidden like that. I can't do it on my cell phone either. Please help!

All of a sudden, I get a "Not enough room to save" error message when I try to download a fill. There is plenty of room on my disk.

Also, it's not giving me the option of just opening the file.

I've been needing to use Edge to download files.

Greetings all, my trusty Firefox stopped working. Error Code PR_Connect_reset_error. Other browsers work fine. I have windows 10 with the latest updates and use Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3.10.391 (m). I have paused Kaspersky, uninstalled then reinstalled Firefox 3 times. I have cleared all Firefox cookies and caches a number of times. On my 2nd Firefox reinstallation Firefox worked ok for a couple of times then stopped again with the same error code. Please note that I am not very familiar with computer stuff so any suggestions need baby steps. Many thanks.

HOW DO I GET MICROSOFT OUT OF MY COMPUTER?

EXAMPLE: I NEVER SIGNED UP/IN FOR ONE DRIVE. IT MEANS THAT THINGS SUCH AS DOWNLOADS HAS A MICROSOFT TOOL IN THE FILE LOCATION.

HOW DO I QUICKLY FIND THINGS LIKE MOZ VPN TO DOWNLOADS? I RECEIVE VPN FOR FREE. IS THERE A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE THAT JUSTIFIES THE COST OF FIREFOX'S VPN?

I found out about a chat gpt sidebar in firefox labs. I am facing a p[roblem where if i close this sidebar, i need to go to firefox labs tab and reopen it again. Is there a quck way, a macros for example how i can quickly open the new sidebar

I have a Firefox account, I have a Bugzilla account (not used for a long time but was able to log-in back!). I try to understand the detail of some security bugs listed in the Firefox release notes by following the link (to bugzilla.mozilla.org) at the bug ID#... but I always get the reply from that site that I am not logged in with the "appropriate permissions". Actually, when I look at my Bugzilla profile (I am indeed logged in), I can't see any permission for that account. Who defines the permissions? When? What/who could change them? On what basis? Where/whom is the request to be sent to if any? Thanks in advance for the help.

I have previously created an ID.ME account with my email address and a password. Message said my email entered has already been used, that is correct, How do I resolve this problem so I can complete the changes before 1/31 that MyHealthvet.com requires.

I want to know whether I can update my current Firefox version with my very old desktop setup. I am using the Firefox browser version 78.15.0esr (64-bit) on my iMac 2007 running OS X El Capitan. This notice came up when opening Firefox: " Your version of Firefox will start to have problems on January 14. A root certificate will expire, causing some preferences and other features to stop working. On March 14, 2025, add-ons and more features will also break." Following the instructions to update, in About Firefox window, it checks for updates and then shows Firefox is up to date. I've interpreted this as there's no version available that I can update to. Is that correct?

How do I get rid of old email addresses showing in the dropdown prompt box when I'm signing on to a site? The old address/password combos have been deleted in my password manager, and I haven't figured out how to get rid of them at the login point.
