Any time I allow a website to use my location on my home computer, it places me in a suburb in Las Vegas. However, I live near Seattle. This happens on multiple websites including Google Maps and Uber Eats, and on other browsers my location is correct. I'm not running any VPNs or proxy servers, I've verified that my IP address is linked to my correct location, and I've deleted all cache and cookies ("Everything" for time frame) from my history. Is there a way I can have an accurate location again?

I am trying to recover my bookmarks/passwords/settings after a recent crash but when I sign into my mozilla account where I had everything synced, I get the default bookmarks. I have tried all of the backup options in the forums and searched my pc in AppData and my profiles are no longer there.

Is there a way to restore my synced data from a few days ago?

Every time I change the settings in the image attached, once I close the browser, the settings are reversed back. My changes do not persist if Firefox closes or my PC turns off. My other settings persist when I make changes. I only get this error when I try to edit the Privacy settings.

What is causing this, and how can I stop it?

Windows 11 Home Firefox up to date with 140.0.4 (64-bit)

Just switched from PC to Mac and miss the Page Up, Page Down, Home and End buttons. Wondering if there's a Firefox addon or extension to add these functions to a Macbook. I've searched but not found anything. I know I can't be alone in wishing for this!

(I am aware of using "Fn" and the arrow keys on a Mac to do page up and page down, but they are opposite sides of the keyboard and require both hands to scroll by page.)

I am trying to install the new extension for Mac OS below 10.14.I have Mac OS 10.13, and this laptop cannot update to any newer OS.

I received the message that Firefox is not longer supported on my OS. I tried to download the extension to fix this issue.

I got to where there is a Firefox icon with an arrow pointing to the Applications folder icon. 

Now instructions. What am I supposed to do?

I am skilled in MANY things, not computer set up stuff.

ALSO - I clicked on something that seemed logical at the time. I do not recall what it was that prompted me to choose "existing" program (Firefox). or to not choose the existing program. I don't understand the process and clicked on "existing". I fear this was the wrong choice. Most web pages will not load. But if I click on the fox icon at the top of the window, it now shows a list of recently closed tabs, and if I click on the website listed on that page, the website will open.

Any assistance is appreciated.

I keep getting a message that Firefox is running but it’s not in my task manager.

I can’t uninstall it without closing it but I can’t close it while it’s running.

I've powered off and on and I've done everything I read online to do but keep going in circles.

I could not join a Google Meet meeting today with either an old or new Google Meet url. I don't have a problem with other sites. What could be wrong? Could Firefox be blocking it?

Hello, I had 2 firefox applications open on my pc and on these 2 applications I had different separate tabs/sessions then if I closed one after the other. This caused the one that was closed first to not reopen when firefox was launched, only the other, is there any way to bring back the session that was closed first

latest versions of firefox (now at 140.0.1) keeps opening onto my 2nd monitor which is off - how to stop it doing it. Tried making new profile which works for awhile, but sooner or later they all bump it to the 2nd monitor and it never comes back - tried moving to primary and closing it there, but next time back on #2. Open 2nd window while first is on primary, and that goes to 2nd monitor...

Old computer crashed....so lost all my bookmarks and their folders. Now in Windows 11 and I can make bookmarks for my Fox toolbar but I can't find where I can created folders for my bookmarks. Can I still do it and if so how?
