Simple problem; complex solution? I work between two laptops and send files from one PC to the other by email. This week I could not download the sent files on Yahoo Mail. It literally just stopped downloading. I checked my security settings, created an exception for Yahoo Mail, double checked MS Defender, but nothing seems to be blocking it that I can see. I tried to review other sources, but could not find something for this situation. Help?

After last auto upgrade of firefox browser, my print function is dysfunctional. When I try to print a broker data page, 2 "boxes" of options on the page I'm trying to print, become open, with long lists of all possible options, when they only show the one option I am using on the real web page I'm using. This takes up 1/2 of the printed page, and moves the data I'm trying to print down so far that I have to print 2 pages to include it all. This is a change which did not occur when printing before the upgrade. If I switch to a safari browser, this does not happen (but I prefer the firefox browser). Help please.

After today's update, March 25, 2026. I cannot print correctly. When printing from a page with drop down menu's, Firefox is printing every option on the menu. I have tried Refreshing Firefox, Clearing Saved Print Settings and rebooting. Anyone know how to fix this?

always I use virustotal for cheching safely of any URL. this morning , FF149, does not work, error message "403 Forbidden"

is this something new from Firefox, just updated to 149. or is there a problem with virustotal?

I found there're several folders at my "%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles", but only one of them works on Firefox. I also checked "about:profiles", but there's only one that is running. And I can't find where to load other profiles.

What happened is that - my PC crashed, after reboot, I found Firefox became a new one. I went to "%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles", and luckily found old data still exist safely. But I went to "about:profiles", there's only a new profile. And I don't know how to load the old profile.

So I tried copying files from other profile folder, and paste to replace (or overwrite) the profile that is working. IT WORKS. The new profile is replaced by the old. But it's not a regular way to do so. How to load a profile fold?

I read the article about having 50 GB of free VPN use after I updated Firefox today to version 149.0; however, I don't see anywhere where I can enable the VPN. I've checked in the "Customize Toolbar" section, and I still couldn't find anything. I don't understand, the article made it sound like I should have access, but I've also read that it's not out for everyone yet?

The options on which search engine to use used to appear at the bottom of the suggested search results, making it easy to start typing and then clicking where I wanted to search. Now they're in their own drop-down menu on the side, adding an additional click to access them. Is there any way to change it back?

Make amazon product video work on firefox. I am using fedora 43 kde plasma recently updated. I have a Nvidia video card RTX 5060 ti and using propriety Nvidia drivers Video starts and then stops or after turning off hardware accelaration ran intermitantly then stops. Hi. lately i canot login to facebook from mozilla browser. i can, from any other. The broblem started latelly. done everything internet sugests. I have used mozilla for years with everything clean up on exit and start fresh every time. Why when I try to print a web page does it show all values of drop down boxes since my latest update? This does not occur when using chrome. I will be switching to chrome if this is not resolved!

In an organization that already implements Mozilla Group Policy Templates to enforce various features and settings, how do they set up the Group Policy to disable this new VPN feature organization-wide?

I've checked the existing Group Policy template documentation and can not find any reference to this feature.

Mozilla usually doesn’t restore all the windows I’m working in; when I open it, it only restores a few of them. I usually use the ‘History’ > ‘Recently Closed’ > ‘Reopen All Windows’ option, but this time not all the windows I need are being restored. My most important window, containing 1,000 essential tabs for various articles, hasn’t been restored, and it seems as though I have absolutely no chance of finding it at all; I don’t even have a ‘Restore previous sessions’ button. I don’t know how to get that window back, because restoring the tabs one by one would take an age and I’d probably lose a lot of them (it’s very important that these were tabs, not bookmarks). What should I do?
